Returns & exchanges

Everything is made to order, so we cannot take items back simply because you changed your mind. Here is what we do cover.

Size exchanges — 14 days

If the fit is wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it for another size. The piece has to come back unworn, unwashed and with its tags on. You cover the postage sending it back; we cover sending the new size out.

Before you order, check the size guide on the product page — every measurement is listed in cm. The Rose Tee and the Phantom Lines Tee run small, so size up on those.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free. You do not need to ship the original back.

How to start

Email hendary124@gmail.com with your order number and, if something is faulty, a photo. We reply within a couple of days.

Not covered

Change of mind, a colour looking different on your screen than in person, and normal wear after use.
